but we have appointed managers over the years from youth/reserve team football. And all managers have to have a first senior job somewhere.

Adams may well be a novice in the transfer market, but he has been a football coach for about 15-20 years. I'm sure he knows what he's doing.

I'm not massively in favour or against him, but experience doesn't always mean anything.
