I think you're wrong

The simple fact is the players are not very good and are set up in a way that hinders them from playing well.

It has nothing to do with effort and nobody can possibly say RM doesn't put in 100%. The players may look to you as if they aren't putting in 100% but I just don't see that.

Whenever the team is on a bad run the same old theories come out:

It's the board's fault
It's the player's fault, they don't care
It's the manager's fault

Yes the players don't care as much as fans, they never have. But I don't think effort is the problem.
