I kind of feel the same way,

After tonight I just don't see how we can continue as we are. We started well and then all of a sudden it was like we just gave up. Like the players had a couple of goes on goal, thought "Ah f**k it, doesn't look like we'll score" and then just stopped applying themselves.

Hughton is a nice guy but doesn't seem to have had any luck with us whatsoever, partly his own doing and partly due to circumstance. After tonight I just feel that he's not going to be able to inspire the players anymore, not give them the confidence to go out there and play. We certainly have the resources to stay up but not the belief. Maybe a change now would give the players that impetus and belief to go out there and roll over a team like Hull/Cardiff etc.

I'm disappointed it's come to this but there's only so long you can keep looking out for the manager. At the end of the day the club is most important to us and if it isn't working then it needs fixing.
