A certain element of luck obviously plays a part, but if you look at the above list you will notice a pattern in regards to some managers. Lambert WAS fantastic for us, but at Villa he's trying to perform the same rebuilding job without league one and the champs as testing grounds. Still, they're mid table so even if his so called luck IS running out then it just goes to show he must be fairly decent.
