In nearly all of Europe (with exception of UK), a car driver

is deemed to be guilty for hitting a cyclist - regardless of whether the cyclist was acting like a c**t or not.

If the cyclist is acting like a c**t, the car driver should slow down and given them even more space. Like they would do if, instead of a cyclist, it was a lorry acting like a c**t.
