Tempted as I am to say that you can all FOTM

I am on the 5:2 diet (2 days a week strictly 600 calories only), 5 days a week eat normally (making sure you don't over-eat to compensate).

I am finding it very easy (since for 5 days it basically doesn't affect me) and I have lost 5lbs in 3 weeks
