he is not saying that as much as saying that is the alternative any better......and he is right...... its doesn't work out most of the time and sometimes if you stick with the current manager it can turn around as we did last season.

and FWIW......If we are in the bottom 3 at the start of December Hoots should probably be sacked based purely on results....
