No, not the Jarrold.

If memory serves correctly, I read something about how the foundations of the Jarrold can't support a second tier... despite it being the original plan.

Aesthetically, can you imagine a giant Jarrold towering over a minute City stand? Would bend my OCD right up.

I doubt the investment of the extended gantry and associated infrastructure (2TV studios etc) would be made if they were going to dismantle it again in 2/3 years.

I think they'll take the opportunity to remodel the City stand with extra tier on top. You could still have Carrow Road running underneath as a service road... similar to Man U and Newcastle.
