I caught sight of some feasibility work on this a couple of years ago. It was focusing on redeveloping the City Stand entirely. Anyone seen anything more recent? Is the focus now on 2nd Jarrold tier?

YEs yes I know it all depends on us staying in prem forever and Super Chrissy Hughton not being a sleeper agent from Mordor yada yada yada
