So actually the two situations are not the same at all. one shows a team who had clear instructions and stuck to them even when they perhaps did not need to to the frustration of their temperamental winger. one shows a team who either did not have clear instructions or alternatively let their temperamental winger override them to the detriment of the team. Bassong and Martin also should have got involved and sorted it.

Also suggests De Guzman may be a stronger character than Ricky.
