WEll one counter to that is, we dont like putting in first time crosses

and prefer to double back and pick someone out in the box. Although his goal was a hear, I think he's better at close range chances with his feet - obviously not shown us that yet but you only have to look at the goals he has scored in his career to see the great spaces he gets into six to fifteen yards out.

Also - we are far more effective when we really press from the front - evident against Southampton and painfully absent against Spurs - RVW will run and press for you all day long, so he;s perfect for that as well.

We need to learn to pass to him - do you remember the first few games Crouch had when we just crossed the ball to his neck? Then we learnt...
