I agree with this

trouble is player in that position also needs to be able to tackle to a reasonable level (i.e. sadly not Wes). The problem we have is that the people we have who can tackle (Johnson, Tettey) can't pass. Fer has solved part of that problem as he can do both, but we need someone else who can. Howson is probably the closest at the moment but he's not an ideal solution in the role?
