I'd probably go along with that,my only concern is that when we play snoddy and pilks we a

bit one paced up from,it's difficult because i like both players,and it does seem like Redmond's decision making could be abit better (he's only 19 so i accept it won't be perfect yet),but i'd also say the same about wes,he takes one touch too many sometimes and yet he's probably our most creative player,he's also terribly one footed ,i wouldn't mind redmond getting a go behind our striker,although if he plays more central we'll nullify his pace abit.
Glad i'm not a manager actually!
