You've probably still got something on
Make sure everything's unplugged turning it off isn't enough
The problem is definatly an earth fault not over current or short circuit or the rcd wouldn't go out
Make sure any spurs for kitchen appliances are off or any other isolator including the boiler are off as they're often forgotten
99% of these are things plugged in
The other thing is make sure there's not any holes drilled or pictures hung and gone through a cable
