quite how that reviewable decisions should be decided I don't know. Obviously not every decision could be challenged and reviewed later, it wouldn't be feasible and would lead to refs not doing their jobs probably.

Something needs to be done though, the refs simply can't see everything and although the majority of the decisions may be right, a significant proportion are wrong and all too frequently it's gamechanging ones.

The diving thing is a perfect example. The difference between getting it right and wrong is the difference between a yellow (and potentially a red for a second card) and a penalty, which is far too big of a swing to be decided in real time by one man
