Because
the British Army is made up of many different Regiment`s a lot who have the word Royal in their name.
eg Royal Regiment of Fusiliers, Royal Anglian Regiment, Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers and so on, of course their are anomolies for example The Parachute Regiment, Guards Regiment ect.
So I am probably talking bollocks (nothing new there I hear you say)
The real answer is that all Sailors and Airmen have Royal Blood.
