A few things to consider
What time is the gig likely to end? Tubes away from the 02 are a nightmare, you could end up in your chosen bar gone midnight depending on how far you want to go in to London.
You can buy travelcards with your train tickets - decide what zones you are likely to go in to and purchase accordingly
if you want to stay localish, head down to Greenwich - not exactly the heart of clubland but some really nice and funky bars that stay open.
Otherwise, London is hoooge - you could pick any one of 1000 suggestions.
