couple of years ago i had the terrible misfortune to be caught up in an awful

speeding offence. i was clocked doing 36 in a 30 zone and ended up having to undergo a half day speeding awareness course at the uea and pay a 70 pound "admin fee". i got my head down after this and with the help of my family i gradually managed to piece my life back together. rehabilitation is possible.
