Well it was a stab in the dark

I was saying exactly the same thing as you to other people who suggested the youngster issue a few weeks back, but aftre these two no shows (QPR and Wolves) I've lost total confidence in our first team. They don't need kick starting, they need a rocket up their f'ing asses.
