You're dreaming if you think that...

Throwing in a few youngsters and telling them to "prove themselves" and "fight like lions" will work.

We have a good squad of players that need to be kick-started.

You only bring in kids when you're either got no choice (Ipswich and MK Dons did this coz they lost all their good players) or you're flying high and can afford to fuse youth with experience (Manchester United with Beckham and Neville etc., for instance). Neither situations do we find ourselves in at the moment.
