It's very difficult I agree

But what can you do? We can't buy anyone. We can't seem to get anyone in on loan as no-one will release any players. That just leaves out of contract players. Maybe we should just have a few trials for unattached players, see if any of them are good enough. Trouble is they'd probably be lacking fitness as they don't train professionally, which would be a problem as we need solutions in the short term.

Throwing the youngsters in is risky, as a bad performance could destroy their confidence. But with the 1st team showing no fight or passion, it is not time to throw them in?

The likes of Spillane, Eagle, Rossi Jarvis should be told to fight like lions and to prove themselves. It isn't working with the 1st team at the moment. Maybe these guys will take notice.
