Guess My Alternative Prem Table

This is based on a mixture of personal opinion and not enough research so it may not be as easy as I think it is, but, can you guess the reasoning behind this Prem League Table? There's a clue way down at the bottom, but it's a dead giveaway so don't look unless you really can't be arsed to have a bit of a thinkie, or are dying for a poo.

Sorry about the sillynames, they aren't anything to do with it. The giveaway is way vvv down there a bit vvvvv, and my apols in advance for any obvious cockup I hadn't thought of.

Clue: if I'd done this last year, Swansea and Liverpool's positions would have been reversed
