Everyone should have driving refresher courses...
...cyclists should have some kind of awareness training...
The 'insane risk' thing is the norm for a lot of cyclists; we probably can't help them but we can the next generation...
London is not Berlin or another European city with wide roads so will never be a perfect fit for bike riding so we are at a disadvantage for making it safer, nevertheless more can be done...
Dunno how London compares to nodge of cycling safety issues...
