Sort of agree

like you I am well in excess of their target audience (34) and only occasionally listen.
I just feel the boy Grimshaw is lacking personality, humour and likeability.
To be honest I think R1 have got real issues with the quality of their DJs these days, Scot Mills is ok but the rest are all dull and humourless.
Bring back the hairy cornflake :)
