We were voted in by chatters, so all quite democratic too:

The options we have are:

Simply delete a post or thread - or

a yellow card (warning)
red cards - 3 hour block - 1 day block, 2 day block, 3 day block
black card - indefinite ban.

And a little drop down arrow for us to let them know the reason why they've got either card - we don't have to explain.

The key thing is that the webmaster pretty much backs us on every decision we make.

Obviously, with ours being the official club site, we have to enforce them more than you would on here as the press are all over it pretty often - and, of course, mates get away with a bit more than someone new would. Everyone hated it at first, now they're used it we don't really get any problems.
