I moderate on a small site

that even has scummers on it.

We very rarely have to sensor anyone`s post and if we do we follow it up with a PM to explain why we have done it.

We take the piss a bit but we don`t stand for personal abuse.

It works quite well but I suppose some of that is due to the small number of people on it
