of the team that secured promotion in the closing weeks only four were with us in League One (and two of those - Norfolk Cafu & Whitbread) only joined part way through).

That influx didn't muck up the team spirit so why should this (I'm sure all players consider football a job - just because Morison has explicitly said so doesn't make him any different from the rest)?

If we hadn't almost totally transformed the League One championship winning team we wouldn't have got promoted to the Prem. We are now making a bigger step up - without another transformation we won't achieve our goal of staying up.

Lambert has proved a good judge of character - I believe the spirit will remain (the biggest test won't be the change in personnel but the fact that we'll lose much more often - team spirit is usually fairly easily preserved in winning teams, which is what we've been for two years)
