Flem earns in a couple of weeks what the average person gets in a year

and the only reason he gets all this cash is that he's in a profession that thousands of people care massively about.

With that comes the chance that you'll be criticised when you under-peform, I'm afraid.

You seem to be suggesting that we should never criticise a player for his performance. People have simply been pointing out that he's been crap, and has been costing us lots of points. Of course it's Worthy's decision to drop him - until he does, people will keep complaining.
