If it's new business I don't even see a dilemma

If I order something on the web and it turns out I've underpaid because of some currency bollocks, I woulc expect the retailer to say "Thanks so much for your order, terribly sorry to say that we've only received ?x instead of ?y, do please send us the balance and we'll process your order like greased pigs**t"
