And the fact they're banned from the IPL- also a source of riches for players.

However, i'm pretty sure in their climate, they're not poor.

Plus, the Asian nations of Sri Lanka, Pakistan, India and Bangladesh love their cricket and the players will be revered as heroes (not so any more, one thinks).
