I'm torn...

Part of me says "Yes, it's only spot-fixing, but it's still breaking the law and the spirit of the game. So, life ban."

However, when it comes to Amir, I think "He's young, he's SO talented. You can't rob the game of such a gem. Maybe 2-3 years ban."

I am still undecided.

However, Butt and Asif should get life-long bans. Asif has previous in other areas and Butt as the captain has to shoulder most of the blame.

I'm not sure what exactly Kamran Akmal is guilty of, but he's been mentioned. And what with his cap number he should get a life-long ban too.

However, he's been a dodgy keeper for years. I don't think him spilling catches is down to anything other than the fact he's not a great keeper and is in the team for his batting (but you could argue that at the moment too).

And I was feeling a bit sorry for him a few days ago.

Poor Broad and Trott. For Broad's sake especially, I hope they don't scrap the result of the series if anyone is found guilty.
