take him training , let him play games and observe - you will have a laugh and also get extremely frustrated at other peoples attitudes

We have had teams with white boards , stopwatches - then moaning at the refs time keeping , we have had teams refuse to shake hands and in the norwich league there are three teams at each venue with your team playing the others and the ref being the manager of the third team - always fun when a perceived injustice happens and then all decisons go against the team that benefitted - does it matter when the kids are 10 years old
