i was at the FITC tournament on sunday

and saw a team of under 10's from Norwich all burst into tears at the end of a game they lost , another team were bollocked fearsomely for giving away a goal - twice , i just stand there and laugh , my boy likes me to say well done when he has finished , but I don;t heap pressure onto him , even though he is a half decent player - in the Cambridge Utd development system and they certainly do things differently there

The problem is the managers / coaches / dads obviously all failed as players so are acting out their fantasies of being Alex Ferguson on kids - and it is all wrong
