We played much better than previous game, obviously

and we had a strong spell where we pressed for a second, either side of HT.

But last 20 we went backwards again, I thought. Lack of ambition - even before we took Rooney off, we seemed to switch into defensive mode - keep what we have. Even though it was obvious that a 1-0 win left us vulnerable to the yanks scoring. We didn't seem to care about that at all - there was basically no ambition to get a 2nd, as the game wore on.

I don't think we can have any complaints. It was just annoying,
