I'm thinking of starting boxing training or something similar.

That'll make me feel alive.

I aren't overkeen in the slightest to get into the ring and get smacked about, but everyone tells me that boxing training is the best conditioning you can do. Knocking bags around and skipping and that.

Someone suggested Muay Thai for the same reasons - I know we've got one of the country's most respected Muay Thai gyms in Sheff.

That all sounds like a terribly good idea, doesn't it?
