The wages/turnover ratio for the Prem is a bit false, as so much of the income is made up of TV money which is a low-expenditure item.

Example - catering brings in 3 mill per year, but we have to spend a far bit on raw materials & staff to achieve this.
In the Prem you get 40 mill tv money with no extra expenditure.
