We have spent over ?22m on bricks and mortar (incl land aquisition over the past 6 yrs.

Jarrold Stand = ?9.2m
Cornor infill = ?2.2m
Roads = ?1.8m

Bowkett in negotiations with property developer regarding some of the spare land.
