For me it is the restrictiveness of it all

No Flash support
No camera for videocalling
No USB connectivity
No TV out
Everything goes through iTunes

Same sort of things that put me off the iPhone, and make me go for less user-friendly, but far far more adaptable, Windows Mobile.

I like the idea of it, but it needs to do more than what it is currently offering...
