"Experienced manager" does not equal crap manager with man management skills

Which made Peter Grant look like Mother Teresa. You sound like Munby or MWJ: "We tried appointing an experienced manager, and it didn't work". No boys: you appointed a CRAP experienced manager. And only truly crap managers don't get much better with experience, or at least succeed somewhere. Roeder never succeeded anywhere - because he's crap.
