I don't think anyone could've kept Charlton up in the Prem

Not once Les Reed had done further damage to the board's madness (spending two seasons' money in a single summer, then panicking and sacking Dowie prematurely). I certainly think an experienced manager could've kept Norwich up last season: even Gunn managed some wins in a piss poor division.
