Doesn't really take into account that there was a substitution going on at the time.

Players need to see who's going, on who's going off, what's going on around them.

It was injury time in a very intense match, they just had a few hairy moments with some good pressure from Leeds. They should have taken the opportunity to run down the clock, have a little breather and compose themselves.

I think it's harsh to blame the back 4. Keeper should be aware of what the players in fromt of him are doing before he kicks the ball out.
