What happened for the first goal?

Should Forster have collected the cross? Should Otsemoboor have jumped? Was it appropriate that Otsemoboor be marking Johnson at all given their differing abilities in the air?
Re the second goal I can think of at least 2 games we lost due to crap kicks from Marshall (Forest home and Watford away). As far as I remember both Doherty and Otsemoboor were playing in those games. Forster had clearly been miskicking for a lot of the game, perhaps they should have learnt a lesson from last year and been watching the keeper?
