Wes doesn't fit in with the style of play I've seen in the last two games

We're getting it forward quickly into the channels, chasing it down, pressing higher up the pitch.

Wes is slowing down the game with his tricks and turns, and from what I've seen of him appears he's either unwilling or unable to change his game.
