what we've got and we have to support him until he has proved his incompetence with his own squad and set-up. I personally think it would be idiotic to blame Roeder solely for relegation. Many people need to take responsibility, from both Roeder & his backroom staff and Gunny & his back room staff, to the players, the board and the non footballing staff. I can't see Gunny being successful and wouldn't have appointed him, he wouldn't even have been on my shortlist however I look forward to be proven wrong
