Nice one, good going. Find it tough?

I didn't have a good run at all. Not sure why, good flat course, weather wasn't bad- but I never seemed to hit my stride. Managed just under an hour, but outside my personal best. Just didn't happen for me.

Next target is the Great Yorkshire in September in Sheff. Slightly hillier 10k course, but a good one.
