I think Evans Ipswich'd it

I seem to remember he bought a large chunk of the debt at 20p in the pound via a holding company he owns, so in a way he owes himself the money. The key there was that he could convince the bank that it was either his offer or sod-all as they couldn't pay the debt and had no assets.
