I take your point beyond that - but they've had months and months to come up with a plan, yet have they at all? At the Charlton game, Michael Foulger turned to a fan and said (exact verbatim quote): "Oooh - I guess we'll have to come up with a plan then!" Doesn't exactly fill you with confidence, does it?
