Not close to the deails, but

saying "Stockport are not seeking or gaining any advantage from going in to Administration now" is pushing it a bit

one week left of the season - no doubt they could have survived another week and then done it. In which case they's have started next season with -10 points instead.

As it is, the pelanty is entirely meaningless to them - ie they've managed to go into administration and write off all their debts with effectively no punishment.

That's the way to do it.
