I never said they don't want to give up control. I said (as did they) that they don't want to give up control WITHOUT selling out (i.e getting some of their investment back). They don't want someone else controlling THEIR investment. Hence they want the person taking control to buy them out.

It's pretty simple. You reckon you're a financial expert. What part of it don't you understand.
