a director who owns shares, wanting to sell them when they're valued at their lowest due to mis management and complete business failure and meltdown can only be deemed a failure on his cv. A director who maintains his shares and seat on te board BUT finds someone else to pump money in that revitalises a business (which results in success) is deemd a sucess themselves......

look at the automotive industry right now, look at the banks recently - getting investment from the government to keep the business solvent BUT allowing the director to continue. Its the same thing with us as a business but we sadly cant get the government to invest as we're too smaller business, BUT looking for a smaller private investor.

ffs, feel like i'm having to give business lessons here to fans!
